1. Shipping & Processing Policy

2. Return & Refund Policy
No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, we will refund or reship after completing the insurance claim with the shipping carrier.
3. Custom Orders & Personalization Policy
Processing Time: Custom orders take 1-2 weeks unless otherwise noted.
Approval Process: We will send photos of your final item for approval before shipping.
Payment: Full payment is required upfront for custom orders.
No Returns on Custom Items: Custom-made items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

5. Damages & Lost Packages Policy
Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Lost Packages: All orders are insured. If a package is lost in transit, we will file an insurance claim and, upon approval, reship or refund your order.
Shipping Insurance: Insurance is required for all orders to protect against loss or damage.
6. Cancellations & Order Changes Policy
Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
