How do I request a quote?

You can request a quote by calling, texting, emailing, or submitting a contact form right here on our website.

What types of repairs or projects do you NOT handle?

We do not offer:
❌ Roofing repairs or replacements
❌ Major foundation work or structural repairs
❌ Exterior repairs above the first floor (We do not have the safety equipment required for higher levels.)

Do you provide free estimates?

Yes! We offer free in-person and virtual estimates in Floyd County.
For other areas:
✔ Chattooga, Bartow, Polk & Gordon Counties → $25 in-person estimate (Free virtual estimates)
✔ Cherokee & Paulding Counties → $50 in-person estimate (Free virtual estimates)

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:
✔ Cash & Zelle (No extra fees.)
✔ Credit Cards, PayPal, Venmo, & Cash App (4% processing fee applies.)

How do you charge for labor?

We bill based on half-day and full-day rates for most services. Larger projects are quoted by the project to provide a clear price upfront.

Do you provide materials, or do I need to purchase them?

We can purchase materials for your project.
✔ Material costs include a 30% markup and a $30 procurement fee per shopping trip.
✔ Payment for materials is required before purchase.

You're welcome to supply your own materials if you prefer!

Is there a minimum service charge?

Yes, we have minimum billing amounts based on location:
✔ Floyd County → $100 minimum billing
✔ Chattooga, Bartow, Polk & Gordon Counties → $200 minimum billing
✔ Cherokee & Paulding Counties → $300 minimum billing

(This does not include material costs.)

Do you offer warranties on your work?

✔ Parts Warranty: Any parts we install may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. We are not responsible for warranty claims on these parts.
✔ User Error & Client Responsibility: We are not liable for damages or malfunctions caused by improper use or mishandling after installation.
✔ Workmanship Guarantee: We stand behind our work! If an issue arises due to our workmanship, we will address it promptly. However, we do not cover damages caused by external factors or third-party work.
✔ Reporting Issues: Clients must report any concerns within a reasonable timeframe so we can address them.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid scheduling conflicts.

Do you work with property managers and businesses?

Yes! We provide repair and maintenance services for homeowners, small businesses, and property managers.

Are you licensed and insured?

✔ We are fully insured.
✔ The state of Georgia does not require handymen to maintain a state license, but our business is registered with the state.

Do you take emergency repair requests?

Yes, but emergency repairs have higher minimum billing rates:
✔ Floyd County: $300 minimum billing
✔ Chattooga, Bartow, Polk & Gordon Counties: $500 minimum billing
✔ Cherokee & Paulding Counties: $1,000 minimum billing

Emergency repairs are scheduled based on availability.

Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?

Yes, but availability is limited.
✔ Evening & weekend appointments are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
✔ These time slots fill quickly, so schedule in advance!

The labor cost on my estimate seems high. Will it really take that long?

Our estimates include a time buffer for unexpected minor issues, which are common in home repairs. However, we only charge for the actual time worked and will adjust your final labor cost accordingly.

What if unexpected problems arise, or my project takes longer than expected?

If we run into unexpected issues, we will:
✔ Notify you immediately if additional costs are required.
✔ Provide our expert advice on the best course of action.
✔ Let you make the final decision before proceeding with any extra work.
